Overlooks the River Guadalquivir, and reflected the CAR Center for High Performance Rowing Seville, home of the world rowing 2002.  

They recognized the importance of the aerial view of the intervention and deck, visible not only from neighboring Alamillo Bridge, but even from the opposite shore.  

The intervention takes form through an orthogonal grid north-south, that being born in the river itself and the dock comes to shaping both spaces, such as buildings.  

Under this lattice generates a gentle "wave rhythm" pyramidal skylights, lighting serving to gyms, hangars and endowment rooms, recalling the close link with the water owns the building.  

Behind it, the Residence building for high performance athlete, backdrop makes for the big stage that make the CAR Rowing and the river Guadalquivir.
