From the University of Seville, there is the rehabilitation and reform of this building as emblematic for the city, but also cruelly punished for neglect and disuse, to add to the entire University of Seville as the venue for Graduate Studies and Doctorate.

At the initial requirements of the program, to raise an enhancement of the building making it to give the importance and presence when then had governed the Avenida de la Palmera, also shows the need for large volumes to the different classrooms and uses to introduce into the building. Along with these necessities imposed, adds our special interest in returning the intention of Yucatecan architect, Manuel María Domínguez amabilis, and again draw attention to natural light, recovering those games as evocative lighting with which it was designed and generating new ones , in line with the new use of the building.
